The incentive system of the electricity market and the regulatory framework of the sector at national and European level require us to make strategic choices of great importance but in an increasingly shorter time, focused on growth objectives but flexible to follow the changing economic and regulatory scenarios: the choice of technologies and human resources will affect the results in the coming years and the satisfaction of the investors, of the employees and of the partners who work with us.
