Amedeo Liurni graduated in Rome in nuclear engineering and has over thirty years of experience in nuclear plant engineering (SNIA Techint), in infrastructures (Project Manager at Filippo Fochi in Bologna) and in technical consultancy as an Independent Engineer (General Manager of Protos).
Since 2005 he has been strongly involved in the renewable energy sector as General Manager of the Tozzi Group, CEO (Tre and Partners and Tre Solar, JV between Ardian and Tozzi Group). He has promoted and managed important M&A transactions, with significant processes for the acquisition of renewable assets and with portfolio sales in the context of a turnover of the shareholdings of Ardian‘s funds.
Guido Castelluccio

Guido Castelluccio has about 20 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector, as General Manager or CEO, as well as international experience in business development in various other sectors.
Graduated in nuclear engineering and law, he speaks 4 foreign languages and has worked in Italy, the United States and Eastern Europe.
Emanuele Scarpa
CFO | Head of M&A
A master’s degree in Economics and Finance from the Cà Foscari University of Venice and a subsequent executive master of II level in Financial and Fiscal Engineering from ESCP Europe, he joined Energy Management Services in 2015. Executive MBA Candidate Class of 2027 @ESCP Europe.
Previously, he worked for over 8 years in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of a leading Italian banking institution, specializing himself in infrastructure financing.
Teresa Santonato
COO of Energy Management Services S.r.l. and of the companies of InEnergyGroup platform
Teresa Santonato has more than 16 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, especially wind and photovoltaic, as Technical Director of consulting and design companies and plant Ownership.
Graduated in mechanical engineering, she speaks 3 languages and has worked in Europe, Africa, LATAM, USA and APAC.
Alessandro Stagnitto
Deputy COO of Energy Management Services S.r.l. and of the companies within the InEnergyGroup platform
A qualified electrical engineer since 2001, he has extensive experience in the energy sector, having been active in the renewable energy industry since 2008, following an earlier professional career in the electric transportation sector.
Throughout his career, he has worked in Italy and in several European contexts, gaining international experience in project management and operational activities.
In recent years, he has held the position of Head of Engineering & Construction at a leading Italian company in the renewable energy sector, where he was responsible for the delivery of complex projects and the coordination of engineering and construction activities.
