To ensure compliance with all ethical standards, InEnergyGroup has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model according to the Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, which provides that all actions, operations, transactions, and in general all the behaviours of company personnel and collaborators must be based on the maximum integrity, honesty, fairness, loyalty, transparency, equity, objectivity and legality, as well as on the respect for the person and on the responsibility in the correct use of company, environmental and social assets and resources.

This is the proof of rigor and seriousness that places InEnergyGroup in the vanguard of companies regarding the delicate combination of efficiency and ethics of business choices.

Each of us, within the scope of the responsibilities related to the role held, must provide the highest level of professionalism at our disposal to appropriately meet the needs of external customers and internal users.
