Privacy system

As required by the European Privacy Regulation (the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) which came into force in 2018, InEnergyGroup has adapted its practices and organizational measures in the management of personal data, making its privacy management system organic, adequate and efficient and guaranteeing “substantial” protection, which involves the identification and adoption of specific personal data protection measures designed specifically for our company and our business and the ability to demonstrate that they have been put into practice.

We have carried out many activities in this regard: from specific assessments organized in InEnergyGroup companies, aimed at knowing the state of the art in terms of Privacy and then identifying the appropriate improvement actions to be fully in line with the requirements of the GDPR up to training sessions on this issue.

The commitment of each of us on this issue is very important, since it is our daily behaviour that makes the difference and ensures that our business is always conducted in compliance with the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
