InEnergyGroup
platform

We are a platform of over 45 companies active in the production of energy from renewable sources

InEnergyGroup is a platform of more than 45 companies located throughout Italy that carry out activities in the field of electricity production from renewable sources (wind, photovoltaic, biomass, hydroelectric and batteries), with a total installed capacity of about 391 MW.

InEnergyGroup platform is led by E.M.S. (Energy Management Services), an administrative asset management services company, while E.S.S. (Energia & Servizi Services) is the company dedicated to the operation of plants (or operational asset management).

E.M.S. and E.S.S. follow the entire development chain of new renewable projects from origination to operation, passing through construction.

We believe that long-term sustainability is closely related to environmental, ethical and social policies aimed at enhancing the resources of each territory, not only preserving it, but also promoting and guiding the definition and pursuit of interdisciplinary synergies with social and economic impacts in the territory itself.

Overview of the platform to date

Wind power plants

Wind energy is a form of renewable energy obtained from wind. It is generated through wind turbines, which convert the kinetic energy of the wind into mechanical energy and later into electrical energy. The turbine blades, moved by the wind, turn a generator that produces electricity.

Wind energy is considered a clean and sustainable source, as it does not produce greenhouse gas emissions or pollutants during generation and exploits an inexhaustible natural resource.

Photovoltaic systems

Photovoltaic energy is a form of renewable energy obtained by converting sunlight into electricity through photovoltaic cells. These cells, generally composed of semiconductor materials such as silicon, exploit the photovoltaic effect: when light hits the surface of the cell, the electrons are stimulated, generating a flow of electric current.

The photovoltaic panels, composed of several cells, are used to produce clean and sustainable electricity without greenhouse gas emissions or pollutants.

Hydroelectric plants

Hydroelectric energy is a form of renewable energy generated by exploiting the power of moving water, usually from rivers or lakes. This energy is mainly produced through hydroelectric power plants that use dams to store water in reservoirs. When the water is released, it flows through turbines, setting them in motion and generating electricity.

Hydroelectric energy is considered one of the cleanest energy sources, as it emits no greenhouse gas during production and takes advantage of the natural water cycle.

Biogas plants

Biogas energy is a form of renewable energy obtained from the anaerobic decomposition (in the absence of oxygen) of organic matter, such as agricultural waste, livestock waste, sewage sludge and municipal solid waste. This process produces a gas, called biogas, composed primarily of methane (CH4) and carbon dioxide (CO2), which can be used to generate electricity, heat or transportation fuels.

Biogas contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, as it uses organic waste that would otherwise emit methane directly into the atmosphere.
