NextGen 2024 Summit

With the aim of constantly improving our Organization and corporate wellbeing, encouraging an open communication channel, favourable to exchange and listening, InEnergyGroup has organized the NextGen 2024 Summit event, dedicated to employees and interns under 35.

The young people participated in an anonymous online survey, the answers to which were analysed during the meetings held on 16th of October in Rome and on 23 rd of October in Rovereto, when the participants were able to transmit, again anonymously, suggestions, ideas and critical issues to the Management, using the “Communication Box”.
